 Meet Adam Kapit, Licensed Real Estate Consultant
Adam graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Business Administration. Always captivated with the stock market, he became an equity trader right out of college, working for Schonfeld Securities and T3 Trading Group, proprietary trading firms based out of New York. The key to his successful trading career was consistency, that is, setting goals, staying disciplined and continuously working hard to exceed self-set expectations.  Meet Max Schwartz, Licensed Real Estate Consultant Max Schwartz was born and raised in beautiful Sunny South Florida! He grew up in North Miami and attended American Heritage High School (AHS) in Plantation, FL where he made lifelong friends and met his girlfriend, Sophie. Max was, and still is, and avoid competitor, dabbling in every sport, but nothing matched his passion of Motocross. After graduating from AHS, he attended the University of Central Florida (in Orlando), and had a wonderful experience there, earning a business degree. He returned to South Florida with an entrepreneurial spirit and put his business degree to work. He always had a passion for sales, as well as helping others, and right before going off to college, he started an e-commerce company called The Dirt Bike Depot, specializing in buying/selling second hand motocross gear. Since then, Max has steadily grown that customer base to over 10,000 satisfied customers, and has over 30,000 social media followers. Never satisfied, Max chose to channel his passion for sales and people to embark on a new journey … REAL ESTATE. Real estate would allow him to master a new skill and be part of something LARGER than his niche business of Motocross. "My ultimate goal is to help people achieve one of their biggest dreams imaginable … homeownership!" Max is perfect for the role.
